Shipping and handling charges apply to all printed book orders placed through the TheoDone Studio website unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the type of publication ordered. Standard books and large-format publications may be subject to different shipping fees.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes).

We currently ship throughout Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

​Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

​

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

​Returns and Damaged Books

​

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order.

​

If your book arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

​

Due to the nature of our products, books cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors.
